This policy supplements the Terms of Service. EventSimpler may investigate, restrict, remove, suspend, or terminate activity that violates this policy, the Terms, or applicable law.
Use EventSimpler lawfully
You may not use the Services to promote, facilitate, advertise, arrange, coordinate, or support illegal conduct; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or violate laws governing communications, marketing, events, safety, or consumer protection.
Do not harm people or systems
- No harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, abuse, stalking, or non-consensual sexual content.
- No malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized access, scraping, probing, interference, or attempts to bypass security or usage limits.
- No impersonation, deceptive affiliation claims, fraud, or material misrepresentation.
- No spam, purchased lists, or communications sent without a lawful basis and required consent.
Protect personal information
Do not upload or request Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment-card data, bank credentials, biometric identifiers, precise health records, or similarly sensitive information unless EventSimpler expressly supports that category in writing and applicable law permits it.
Host responsibility
Organizers are responsible for their sites, pages, guest lists, communications, access decisions, and lawful handling of guest information. Published content must be suitable for the audience that receives the site link.
Reporting
Report suspected abuse to hello@eventsimpler.com with the relevant site URL and enough detail to review the issue. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
