Is EventSimpler free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you build and publish one site with up to five pages and 100 MB of storage. Paid plans add more sites, storage, communication allowances, and organization tools.
Does anyone need to download an app or create a guest account?
No app is required. Public and shared-link sites work in a browser, and guests can submit an open RSVP without creating an account. Invite-only or member-only experiences may require identity when the organizer chooses.
Can I change the website after sharing it?
Yes. Edit the site and publish your changes to the same address, so old links and printed QR codes continue to work.
Can a website be private?
Yes. Choose Public, Anyone with link, or Invite only. Contacts, RSVP answers, waitlists, private messages, and organizer controls stay in the dashboard unless you deliberately publish them.
Can I make a QR code?
Yes. Generate a print-ready QR code for invitations, flyers, programs, posters, and signs.
Does EventSimpler place ads or control who sees an update?
No. EventSimpler sites are shared directly. We do not place advertising on them or use a feed to decide which people see an update.
Can I send email and SMS updates?
