For organizers and guests

Start first. Create the account when the work needs to last.

Organizers can explore the live builder before signing up, then need an account to save, publish, and manage a site. Guests can open a published site and submit an open RSVP without creating an organizer account.

  • Normal web links on phones and computers
  • No guest account required for open RSVP responses
  • One current site link before, during, and after a gathering

Simple workspace pricing

Every login starts Free. Add paid workspaces when you need them.

Create your account without choosing a plan. From the Workspace dashboard, add any number of independently billed Pro workspaces for $9 per month each.

Privacy & access

Publish clearly. Keep organizer data behind the dashboard.

The organizer interface currently presents Public, Anyone with link, and Invite only labels. The published-site layer currently enforces published versus draft or trashed state; the labels are not a password gate. Password and email-domain restrictions are not currently offered.

Hosts choose whether an RSVP-connected guest list page is published. Email addresses, dietary needs, custom answers, declined responses, contact lists, and private organizer notes are not included in that public guest-list view.

01

Published site

Guests see the pages and tools the organizer publishes, without dashboard controls.

02

Guest names

Only a deliberately added public Guest List can show confirmed names and optional party counts.

03

RSVP responses

Responses, dietary notes, custom answers, waitlists, and private conversations stay in organizer workflows.

04

Contact information

Contact lists and private routing addresses remain account data unless the organizer explicitly publishes a contact address.

Questions, answered

Before you build your first site.

These answers reflect the current live beta.

What is EventSimpler?

A flexible site-building platform with event-focused pages, guest tools, publishing controls, and an organizer dashboard.

What is a site?

A site is the complete web experience you create and share. It can represent an event, group, organization, business, community, or another temporary or ongoing purpose.

Can a site contain multiple pages?

Yes. A site can start with one page and expand into a multi-page experience. Free sites can publish up to five pages; Pro sites are not constrained by that Free publishing limit.

What tools can I add to a site?

Verified tools include text and media, galleries, calendars, schedules, maps, contact routing, RSVP, optional public guest lists, polls, what-to-bring lists, people, sponsors, menus, downloads, links, and QR codes.

Can I try the builder without an account?

Yes. Choose “Try the demo now” from the account screen to open the live builder and select Blank, Default, or a browser-saved Custom template.

When do I need an organizer account?

Create or sign in to an organizer account when you are ready to save, publish, host, and manage a site.

Do guests need accounts?

Guests do not need an organizer account to view a published site or submit an open RSVP. Some member-only tools, such as signed-in site conversation or private claim settings, can require identity.

Can I edit a site after publishing?

Yes. Reopen the site from My Sites, make changes in the builder, and update the same published site.

Can I use my own images and video?

Yes. The builder and account library support uploaded images, icons, audio, and video, subject to supported formats and storage limits.

Can I use a solid-color background?

Yes. Pages support solid-color backgrounds as well as image and video backgrounds.

Can I share a site with a QR code?

Yes. The Link / QR tool can add a scannable code to a page, and pages also support print/export workflows.

Can EventSimpler collect RSVPs?

Yes. RSVP tools can collect attendance, party size, dietary information, custom questions, capacity, approval, and waitlist information when configured.

Can I manage guest information?

Yes. The organizer dashboard includes Contacts & Lists and RSVP Manager areas for guest relationships and responses.

Can I create more than one site?

Your included Free workspace can keep one eligible site active. Each paid Pro workspace supports unlimited active sites, and you can own any number of paid workspaces.

What is included in Free?

Every login starts with one active Free workspace, one active site with up to five pages, 1 GB of workspace storage, a stable generated EventSimpler route, and supported site and guest tools.

What is a Pro workspace?

A separately billed $9-per-month workspace with its own immutable ID, stable claimed subdomain, sites, members, billing, and 25 GB storage allowance. One user can own any number of Pro workspaces.

Does changing a workspace name change its URL?

No. The display name can be edited, but the workspace ID, claimed handle, routes, and storage identity remain stable.

Can a site be public or private?

The organizer interface currently presents Public, Anyone with link, and Invite only labels, while the published-site layer enforces published versus draft or trashed state. These labels are not a password gate. Password and email-domain restrictions are not currently offered.

Can I export guest information?

Yes. The Contacts area supports exporting a contact, selected contacts as CSV, and contact lists.

How do I contact support?

Email hello@eventsimpler.com or use the support page.
